Every build uses authentic sabal palm thatch and pressure treated or natural pine framing, engineered to handle Florida's heat, rain, and wind season after season.
Materials & Process: We prefer pressure treated pine with 3×4 timbers for the top structure — strong, durable, and proven in Florida's climate. Natural pine is also available. Cypress can be added on request.
