Every Monster Tiki Huts project is built to Florida code, fully permitted, and designed to last. Here's how we go from your idea to a finished tiki hut.
We start with a free consultation — by phone or in person. We discuss size, style, and placement, then provide a clear quote that includes materials, labor, and permit fees. No surprises later.
We pull the permit for you and handle all plan review and county communication. Most residential permits in our service areas are approved within 2–4 weeks. We keep you updated.
We set posts on proper footings, then build the frame with pressure treated pine (or cypress on request). The structure is engineered for Florida wind loads and built to last decades.
We install authentic sabal palm thatch (or synthetic thatch) from the bottom up, tightly bound and overlapped to shed rain. Optional bar tops, bamboo trim, and other finishes go in according to your design.
We schedule the final building inspection and are on site to address any items. Once the county signs off, your tiki hut is complete and compliant. We leave the site clean and send you the paperwork.
