The Sanded Pressure Treated with 3"x4" timbers is the most popular materials to date. The posts,beams and rafters are treated lumber that is sanded down and will outlast the traditional cypress. The 3"x4" timbers are also cured. The most noticable aspect of this material is that the 3"x4" are rounded off on the edges and are flat at the bottom and top,therefore when you are looking at the thatch, and the structural frame, you will look at straight and uniformed sections all the way across the tiki hut. When the thatch settles down, it will also lay more flat and will look more uniformed.
